She's Back · by CrystaL Heart

**Thirteen**

**Rhea's POV**

When I opened my eyes, I looked at Jc and carefully held him. My suspicion was correct. I looked at all the people in the chapel, and they all stopped moving. I also put my hand on the ground to confirm what was happening, and time really stopped.

Will an angel come down? Who is it? I did not violate any of the instructions given to me, except for the use of a time mirror. But it was only for once.

Little by little, the whole chapel was enveloped in light. With so much light, I couldn't see Jc or the people there. All I could see was plain white. I stood up as I waited to see who would appear from the light. Then it rained white feathers from the sky to cover the white surroundings. An angel appeared from the light with outstretched, shining white wings, and they gradually folded as he walked closer to me until his wings completely folded when he got close to me.

One of my legs automatically went to my knees, and I bowed to his arrival.

"I know what's on your mind; that's why I came," he spoke softly.

"May my majesty allow me to treat Cesha Laporre's illness?" I asked for his approval in the most respectful way.

"I allow the pure that my angel desires. On one condition," I suddenly raised my head to listen carefully to the condition he would say, and our eyes met. "You can only treat a mortal three times, and don't use the mirror of time again."

After he said his condition, his wing opened again and covered his entire body while gradually disappearing in the white light. I, on the other hand, was staring at his disappearance, and when I was sure that he had completely disappeared, I stood up and sat on the chair while waiting for the disappearance of the white light that enveloped the entire area.

When the light finally disappeared, I lay down on the chair and sighed deeply, like a withered plant.

I really thought Saint Gabrielle was going to give me another lecture.

"Are you okay, Rhea?"

I suddenly got up and sat down, then turned to Jc. Oh, by the way, everything is back to normal.

"I'm a little dizzy," I lied while holding my forehead as he looked at me with concern.

He stood up while still looking at my dramatic face. "Let's go back to the ICU first. It looks like you haven't eaten yet."

I didn't speak anymore. I stood up, and we walked back to the ICU together.

How can I treat Cesha without him knowing? If I pass it to Jc? They are brothers and sisters. Their hearts are connected to each other.

We were in front of the elevator when I suddenly pulled his hand. "Let's go upstairs. I'm too hungry to wait for the elevator."

He opened his mouth slightly to answer, but it looks like he closed it again and just followed me. This is my chance to treat Cesha.

We were taking the stairs to the ICU while I was holding Jc's hand. While I was in the process of treating Cesha, I noticed from the corner of my eye that Jc had been staring at me very seriously. It was as if he was trying to get into my mind and find out why I suddenly grabbed his hand. He's probably surprised because we're not that close yet.

Can you please, John Carlo, don't look at me like that? I'm distracted. I lose concentration. I'm more excited when your face is serious.

When we arrived at the ICU, I let go of his hand. Because my healing process was over, we just got to the ICU, but he was still looking at me, which was making me feel awkward.

I looked at him with both eyebrows raised as if asking him if there was something on my face while suppressing a big smile.

He was about to speak when the ICU door opened, and the doctor came out from inside. We turned around together, and she was smiling at Jc.

"Good news," the doctor began to speak while smiling happily. "Her vitals and platelet count are normal. She can be discharged tomorrow."

Jc's eyes and face were so happy because of the good news he received.

"Really, Doc?" he asked incredulously.

The doctor nodded with a smile. "I told you, God will help you." After that, the doctor left us.

"You heard that," he happily said as he looked at me. "Cesha is doing well, and she can be discharged tomorrow."

"That's good news." I couldn't stop myself, and the intense excitement that I had been holding back came out on my face.

Apart from the fact that I am happy that I treated Cesha, there is something like electricity pinching my lips that I can't stop smiling when Jc smiles, especially when he is happy. I feel like I'm going to jump with so much joy.

"Thank you so much, Rhea. You are truly an angel." His mouth was about to tear as his eyes sparkled while he looked at me.

I was looking at his happy and in-love face with nothing to do but thrill and smile uncontrollably as my body was electrified because of the intensity of the electricity I felt. I felt that time stopped again with his deadly smile while my eyes became heart-shaped due to his very attractive look. Especially since he even called me an angel, which is... true.

"Ehem... You are in the hospital," I heard Almira speak to ruin the beautiful moment between Jc and me.

Jc and I both laughed as we turned to her at the same time. And before I could speak, Jc had preceded me.

"What are you talking about?" Jc said, smiling at her.

"I'm just reminding you. Maybe because your smile is so beautiful, you'll forget where you are and suddenly kiss," the girl answered jokingly with a silly smile on her face.

I laughed when I heard what she said. It's possible, but it's not possible.

"You read a lot of pocketbooks, crushmate," I exclaimed.

"It's true," she immediately answered, then turned her gaze to Jc and pointed at him. "And you, where did your anger go earlier? Blown away by a good wind?"

This guy was grinning from ear to ear while looking at me. "Swept away by a beautiful young lady."

I can feel the electricity that I don't understand spread throughout my body as all my blood rises to my cheeks. So I just covered my mouth with my hand, and he couldn't see my smile that I was thrilled.

"You, your joke is funny," was the only thing that came out of my mouth without thinking.

"Wait a minute, before you proceed to confess your feelings to each other," Almira blocked the moment again, so we turned to her again. I'm really going to hit that girl. "Your sister is looking for you, crushmate. She called me earlier."

"What did you say?" The smile on my face disappeared like an explosion. I'm torn.

"You are here. Am I going to lie to your sister? She will kill me." She was right.

"You didn't let her know?" Jc asked, looking worried at the reaction on my face.

I shook my head, then turned to him. "She wasn't at home when I left."

"Go home first. Maybe she's worrying by now." His response was the reason for my disappointment. I don't even want to go home.

"Hurry up. Her nose might get smoky like a dragon," Almira continued to plead. This girl seems to want me to leave.

I stared at Almira with a very angry look for a few seconds while she crossed her arms with a teasing smile, then looked at Jc again. "I'm going home first. Text me when Cesha is out of the hospital."

He nodded with a smile, then patted my head. "Of course."

After a few seconds of staring, I turned and left them. It's like I don't even want to take my eyes off Jc's smiling face.

I was walking to the elevator when I suddenly remembered my sister. It really upset me. I haven't told her I would be going here. I hope she doesn't lecture me when I get home.
