Garbled or scrambled characters are typically caused by a text encoding mismatch between the author's submission file and the app's reader.
Common causes:
The chapter was uploaded using a non-UTF-8 encoding (e.g. GBK or ANSI).
The chapter contains special characters or symbols not supported by the current font.
How to fix: Use the underline error reporting feature — long-press on the garbled text and select "Report Error." Our editorial team will fix it within 48 hours.

A novel may be tagged as "Completed" on Novelux while the original author is still publishing chapters on another platform. This happens because:
The version uploaded to Novelux was a completed manuscript at time of submission, but the author continues a new arc or sequel elsewhere.
The author has not yet submitted the latest chapters to Novelux for review.
If you believe this is an error, tap "Report Issue" on the novel page and our team will investigate within 72 hours.
Not every novel is available on Novelux yet — our library grows daily as authors submit and our editorial team reviews new titles.
Try searching by the author's name in addition to the title — the title may be slightly different across platforms.
Check spelling variations (e.g. "Billionaire CEO" vs "CEO Billionaire").
Use the "Suggest a Book" option (below) to request we add it.
The error reporting tool lets you highlight specific text and flag it directly to our editorial team for correction.
